 Koesha Jones is a 34 year old Personal Trainer from Atlanta, Ga. Growing up as a kid he was active in sports playing baseball from the age of 8 to 17. Koesha was one of the smallest kids on the teams he played on, but was always very competive in the sport. After high school he attended Savannah State College majoring in Mass Communications where he developed some bad habits from not eating healthy to no exercise. As a result his bodyweight got as high as 170lbs with a 34" inch waist, his self esteem became low and he also lacked a lot of energy. In 2001 when Koesha married his beautiful wife Travares Jones owner of Artistic Image Hair Salon he made a commitment to get in the best shape of his life. He studied books on nutrition, and exercise. By incorporating the principles he slowly started to see results in strength, and lean muscle. He became so excited and motivated by what he learned that it led him to become certified as a Personal Trainer with THE NATIONAL ENDURANCE & SPORTS TRAINERS ASSOCIATION in May of 2006. Koesha has inspiration and determination more than ever to get everyone in the best shape of there lives to enhance there overall health.
